- Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable tax. Prices and conditions may change without warning.
- Weekend is two consecutive nights and a week is equal to seven consecutive nights. Please contact us for rates, if you wish to modify the length of your stay.
Check-in is Fridays at 6 pm and check-out by 11 am the last day of your stay.
Included in the rental:
- Bed linen and towels
- Dishes, glasses and utensils for four, as well as a good assortment of pots and pans
- Small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle
- Iron and ironing board
- Gas BBQ (propane included)
- Television with satellite dish
- Parking
- Row boat
- Peddle boat and canoe (Le Jaseur only)
- Life jackets included, some sizes may not be available
- Housekeeping at the end of the rental. (weekly or daily housekeeping available at an extra cost)
Method of payment accepted: cheque or money order, Visa or MasterCard
Deposit: 30% at the time of placing the reservation
Balance: due 30 days prior to the reservation. A post dated cheque for the outstanding balance must accompany the deposit.

Policies
No domestic animals (Cats or Dogs) are allowed. There is a non-smoking policy on the premises in order to respect all renters. Offenders may see their stay shorten and / or cancelled, as well as their security deposit withheld.
Reservations
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
The holders of a reservation that cannot pay the deposit or balance at the prescribed times, or that their cheques are not honoured by their financial institution will have their reservation automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable, unless the cottage is rented for the same period to another renter, in which case the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50cdn.
Less than 30 days to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable. No reduction or refund for late arrivals or early departures.
